POEM: Crown and roses

he deceives with a crown
and a bed of roses
oh Narcissus, return home

he deceives with no renown
with thorns, all he owes
oh sinners sin, let it fall

let it drop, let it rain
all MY glory, fill the ground

turn it holy, turn it bright
transform the dark back into a light

sin into grace, grace into wonder
like all the dreams you will uncover

if sins are failures, then let
your weakness be the waterfall
MY water will clean it all
